spills the bean ! :D here we share the recipe of the famous chocolate chip cookies :DD

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups shortening
3/4 cup margarine
1 cup white sugar
2 cups brown sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 eggs
4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, cream together the shortening, margarine, white sugar and brown sugar until smooth. Mix in the vanilla and eggs until well blended. Combine the flour, baking soda and baking powder; stir into the creamed mixture until just blended. Mix in the chocolate chips. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Cookies should be at least 2 inches apart.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until edges are golden. Let cookies cool for an hour or so before eating. You can try them fresh from the oven, but they will crumble and fall apart

Throughout last week, we were assigned to organize a "Garage Sale" which is the objective is to collect some amount of penny for charity purpose! It was the first week of Ramadhan as well and of course it was bit tiring to sell goods while stomach was making an orchestra pretty tough...hehe...So, paraphernalia of cool goodies we sold, from cookies to candy, from pre-loved shirts to brand new shirts, patch-work blanket, tie-dye shirts and the list goes on and on...The "Garage Sale" surprisingly made the first week of Ramadhan so much fun!! We never knew that the goods will be sold out so fast. The famous and fast selling are cookies that our group sell were also out of stock!! They totally loved it...Well, like we say, if you don't love cookies,you don't have a soul..=)...& we're gotten tired to say this over and over again...Our cookies it is just worth it & indeed affordable!!Worth the taste!

Mandarin Idol ! :)

Yo bro we got a task about activity that be held in UiTM Jengka, so two last week an "Mandarin Idol" has been held in UiTM on 14/7/2011. That event so havoc , u all know with a lot of crowd reaction make that event happening, overall people like the event so do we :).
Oh oh by the way one of our partner take a part in that event, Erna our team member had done the best job performing mandarin play that night, good job Erna :)
